Once the physical deposit of the Dissertation has been made in the degree headquarters department and the defence has been completed, the student will have three months to request that the Dissertation is returned. This period will be counted starting from the last day of the defence period set in the calendar. If the student has not collected it after this period, all documentation deposited in the Department will be eliminated.

UDs/MDs may become part of the bibliographical corpus of the University of Zaragoza, in the open access institutional repository, as a result of the academic production of its students, whenever the student and the director give their consent. For this purpose, a procedure will be provided for electronic deposit in the University of Zaragoza’s document repository (ZAGUAN).
