The management of teaching and activities relating to the University of Zaragoza’s doctoral programmes are centralized in the School of Doctoral Studies, which is found in the Interfaculties Building, Pedro Cerbuna 12 - 50009 Zaragoza (Spain).
In accordance with the directives of the European Higher Education Area, in R.D. 99/2011, the role of doctorates as a key element in constructing and developing a society of knowledge is highlighted. Doctoral Schools are considered as strategic institutional units to achieve this.
