Undergraduate students

During the 2016/2017 academic year, enrolment for Undergraduate modules can only be done by the Faculty Secretariat, once the corresponding flexibility measure is authorized.

New incoming students:

New incoming students who pre-enrol in Undergraduate studies (1st and 2nd phase) will receive the admission results along with their passwords and all the information necessary to formalize their enrolment via the University of Zaragoza's self-enrolment service, from the date of publication of the admission lists.

The day on which you can present yourself at the self-enrolment hall set up in the Faculty will be included in the letter sent to the email address entered at the pre-registration, if you wish to do this with assistance from secretary staff. Those who are unable to or do not wish to access the Hall can do it at any time during the official enrolment period. Subsequently, the signed enrolment must be handed in to the Faculty Secretariat, accompanied by the corresponding documentation.

Students enrolled in the previous academic year:

They may consult the day and time of their appointment as of the second fortnight of August.

Notwithstanding the aforementioned, those who do not wish to present themselves at the Hall on the day of the appointment may submit their enrolment from any computer, as long as they have passed all the modules they enrolled in during the official enrolment period of the previous academic year, or with two graded exams.

If these conditions are fulfilled, IT IS NOT NECESSARY to await the day of the appointment to enrol, which can be done from any computer. This can be done at any time until 11.59pm of the last day of enrolment, at which point the self-enrolment system is deactivated.

Students not enrolled in the previous academic year who wish to resume their studies:

You can choose one of the three following options:

  1. If you prefer to present yourself at the self-enrolment Hall, you can request a prior appointment at the Faculty Front Desk, either in person, by email (csjfiloz@unizar.es) or by telephone (976.761.505)
  2. Furthermore, if you know your NIP (student ID number) and your administrative password, you can enrol at any time within the official enrolment period, without a prior appointment.
  3. In the event that you have problems enrolling online, you can fill out the enrolment form and hand it in to the Faculty Secretariat within the official enrolment period. The enrolment will be computerized by the Secretariat staff and sent by email.
